My "full-time job" is being a student, so therefore my schedule is very flexible and I have lots of free time. I am going into my senior year at UC Davis and only have class a couple hours a day. I have experience sitting dogs ranging from under one year to over ten years. The dogs I have watched are of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels. I have both stayed with the dog and had the dog stay with me. I have watched more than one dog at a time. In addition, I have worked closely with search and rescue dogs, hiding for them and helping them socialize to strangers. I am very comfortable around dogs. I was a dog owner for just over 10 years, and am therefore intimately familiar with the significance and importance of dogs to their owners. I love the outdoors and walking/hiking, and frequently exercise the dogs I sit for. One of my favorite parts of dog sitting is exploring nature with them. When I take care of a dog, I ensure that they have quality walking and adventure time. Some other things about me - my car is less than 10 years old, and is a reliable method of transportation that is dog friendly. I value time management, punctuality, and organization; and am energetic, sociable, and hardworking. I genuinely love dogs and understand the trust it takes to leave ones dog with somebody else, and I try to communicate that I will take the best possible care of the dog that I can.
