Pet care experience
I started caring for a small terrier until adoption. I have been with my now 3 year old Husky German Shepherd mix boy Casper ever since. While you are enjoying a well-deserved break, your dog will have a playmate ready for tag along walks twice a day. My apartment complex offers an enclosed dog park and lots of walking options. Please let me know any specific dietary restrictions or rules you would like me to follow. If your dog likes the dog park or beach during the weekend, please let me know, as we love taking Casper on trips to both and could plan a day trip in doing so. Casper is a gentle, shy rescue and gets along with dogs very well. Daycare will only be from 6 am - 7 pm. If you must pick up at a later time, please let me know ahead of time, and it will be an extra charge. Ping me with any questions during their stay, and I look forward to spending time with your precious dog. Thank you!

If you leave your dog with Mae, please note she will also be having doggie daycare in addition to your stay! I was unaware she would be watching 6 dogs at one time, and only knew about her pet, Casper. We ended up having to rehome my dog Jenna half way through her stay unexpectedly, but Mae was great about contacting other rovers to transfer Jenna to.
Mae was awesome! Treated Ghost like her own dog and sent me plenty of photos and updates. Ghost and Casper looked like they had the best day and Ghost came home happy and exhausted. ?

Mae is the most loving dog owner ! She will treat any dog as if it’s her own. Her house is doggy proof and has a big backyard for any dog to enjoy !

I always ensure your dog will be fed at times specified, and water will always be available. I will take your dog on walks at least twice daily and ensure he goes on enough potty breaks. We do plenty of one-on-one playtime with toys or puzzles with treats. Your little one will never be bored at my house as I treat your pup like it's my own!

A typical day
I always want to ensure that the dog is tired and happy at the end of their stay. To do that, I usually try different walking routes every walk, so they stop and smell new scents. I also like to go to a lot of hiking places or dog parks near my house. I also have a lot of dog puzzles that your dog can use!

I work from home Mondays and Fridays, which then lets me focus and spend all my time with them during those times. On the weekends, I always take my dog on a longer hikes or the dog park.
