Loyal dog lover with a fenced yard
Pet care experience
I fostered a racing greyhound and have owned 3 Italian greyhounds. I'm a long-distance runner so I'm always up for taking dogs out for a jog or walk in any type of weather. Familiar with senior and special needs dogs. Experience with blind dogs.

Thank you once again for taking care of our sweet Rupert!!
Mae is great with Petunia! I can enjoy my trips knowing that Mae will do anything to make Petunia feel at home away from home. Thank you Mae!!
As always, Mae is the BEST! We never worry about leaving Rupert with her, whether it’s for a longer trip or quick one night getaway :)
Mae was outstanding in every respect. She arranged for a meet and greet with Dakota, and communication was excellent throughout. We appreciated and enjoyed daily reports and photos which gave us peace of mind. Dakota had walks in the park and fun outdoors. Thank you.

I live in a tree-lined neighborhood with sidewalks. I have a backyard that is shady and fully fenced. I do not have any pets, so your dog would always be my number 1 priority and have my full attention. I never take dogs to dog parks.

Information Mae E. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for. Also, let me know what a typical day is like for your dog, so I can try to mimic it.
A typical day
Your dog is guaranteed a 1-hour walk/jog daily along with potty break walks throughout the day. A well walked dog makes a more calm and happy dog. I like to take dogs to Cove Island Beach, Mill River Park, and Scalzi Park to make their stay more fun. I will mentally stimulate your dog by hiding treats or toys around the yard. I will play fetch or throw a frisbee and up for any soccer dogs and plenty of water breaks. In the summertime, I like to have a kiddy pool for dogs to cool off or play in. I try to spend as much time outdoors as I can with your dog whether it be in my yard or out for walks.

I worked in the corporate world for 30 years and do not plan to go back at the moment. For now, I enjoy dog walking and taking care of dogs in my home as if they were my own. Their safety and well-being are my number one concern. I am married and have 2 sons.
