Madyson is not a cat lover! She may be great with dogs but I do not recommend her with cats. I hired her to drop into my house take care of my two cats when I went on vacation because my regular sitter was unavailable. I have a video doorbell. She came over at random times, sometimes with her friend & boyfriend, and stayed for only 4 minutes each visit to replace the cat's food. She apparently did not brush, play or pet the cats & I doubt she even checked to see if they were alive. I received no communication during the visits. She charges $10 per visit, which was supposed to be a 30 minute check-in, and I was also charged per cat (2), which made it $20 per visit! She also waited until the night before we left to do the meet-n-greet so I did not have enough time to hire another sitter. She should not have accepted this job. She did do my dishes and leave a nice note but after paying $160, I am very disappointed with the service and will not be using her or Rover again.
