Pet care experience
I have always loved animals. Dogs are the best, I just love them. I have always had a sweet spot for dogs. They make you happy and you can't help but smile! I have always known that I would have a career in the animal field. Currently I work part time at an animal hospital, as an animal care assistant. I have been working there for 3 years. I have experience working with both small breed dogs, and large dogs. I also work with cats. The neighbourhood that I grew up in many of the neighbours had dogs. So I would walk a few of the dogs after school. Or let them outside while their family's were at work. I have a Havanese/ Shih Tzu named Layla. I have had her since I was 11 years old. She is a great dog, and will be 10 this spring. I also take care of my Family's dogs when they go on vacation. As well as I have many family members that live in the country that have large dogs.

I was in a bind this weekend as we were supposed to board Wilson so we could go to a music festival but he got sick and couldn’t go. Madison was so sweet, came for a meet and greet and then came to check on Wilson. It was all so hassle free and I felt confident that Wilson was taken care of. Madison is going to check on him again today and I will absolutely be booking her service in the future.

Madison has always been an animal lover. She had a dog walking business in her neighbourhood when she was 11! She was committed to the dogs she was caring for and responsible even at a young age. She loves her job as a Vet Assistant and I know she will always work with animals in her life. She takes care of our family dog Layla and always makes sure Layla is clean and tidy and that she looks healthy! Madison loves animals and they love her!

I love finding new routes to walk. Areas where there is a pond or fields. Walking trails are also nice. I also always keep dogs on their leash. This is very important to me. It is safer for the dog and others that you may come across. Such as other owners and their dogs.
