Pet care experience
I have taken care of all types of animals sinceI was 8 years old, Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me with all their cats dogs and lizards for years. I am a full time online and in person student at South Alabama so after school Rover becomes my full time job and top priority I will meet with every client and their pet before every service to make sure the owners and the pets like me and we don’t have any problems later on. I also record all pertinent information such as; emergency contacts, veterinarian information, feeding instructions, medications, and alarm system codes. Every client will receive a copy of my class schedule so they know when I will be at school and when I’m free otherwise. If I cannot do something a client wants I will be very upfront and honest. at our meet and greet I will discuss my typical day, however I usually preform tasks such as taking out the trash on trash day, checking the Mail, and watering the plants. I also proactively communicate with my clients I will let you know when I get to your house and send lots of pictures.

Not our best experience using this app. We do expect a lot bc our dogs are our babies. Communication was pretty minimal. She had a last minute scheduling issue that left our dogs unattended for longer than we were hoping for (she did give us a refund for that day but we still had to worry about our dogs while on vacation) and when we had a neighbor go by to feed them and let them out they discovered our back door was left open. Not really okay. Just a little disappointed but she was nice enough and in the end everything was fine.
Absolutely appreciate this wonderful lady! She took nice care of my pets and my house! Can’t recommend her enough!
It was a frustrating experience from a pet owner perspective but we were trying to be understanding since mistakes happen. I will say that she wasn’t the most punctual and it gave us a couple of scares not knowing if our cats had been fed at the agreed time. She was kind enough to offer to stay longer when we explained we were delayed a day, and she also cared for 3 pets for the price of 1. Maybe it was an off week for her because of the holiday but I’m not confident in rebooking. She was very kind and very good with our cats though. (3 star)
Madison was very sweet and went above and beyond when taking care of dogs. She made sure everything was taking care of and even took time to brush them.

A typical day
we’re not homebodies so there will be lots of car rides, walks at the park, and maybe even a trip to the beach. Also since I’m an online student your babies won’t be left in a crate all day and they can snuggle and play with me while I work
