Fur-babysitter Extraordinaire

Pet care experience

Hello, I'm Maddie. I'm a UCSD graduate and avid animal lover! I have been around dogs since I could remember and have actively taken care of them since I was a preteen; small breeds are my specialty but I adore and have cared for medium sized dogs as well!

Shes responsible, kind hearted and respectful. Madison is a wonderful sitter and knows exactly how to treat animals with a soft kind approach. Very trustable and love that she is so determined to make sure the owner is comfortable and secure with her care. 5/5 would hire again!!

Safety, trust & environment

Whether it's a drop-in, a walk, or sitting, I will always make sure your home and animal are safe. I would never leave doors unlocked, dogs/cats unattended with toys or food and I would never strike or intimidate your dog/cat.

Information Madison S. would like to know about your pet

Before we meet, I would like to know: Location Name Breed Age Temperament Times I am needed Any particular needs of the dog Physical demands Triggers/Bad habits (If any) Favorite things to do. My specialties are poodles (every size), Chihuahuas, Retrievers, Miniature Pinschers, Dachshunds, Shiba Inus, Jack Russells, Schnauzers, some smaller mixed breeds and Grey Hounds. I am comfortable with any breed of cat. Honest disclaimer: I am a bit wary and apprehensive to watch very large/strong and traditionally aggressive breeds; namely Dogo Argentinos, Mastiffs, American Staffordshires, Pit Bulls, Great Danes, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Belgian Malinois, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Huskies, Akitas, Cane Corsos and Rottweilers. I do not have any experience with these breeds and it would be irresponsible of me to take on a job where I cannot physically control the dog.

A typical day

I can take your dog around the neighborhood, a nearby park, or just relax if they want. I engage in play that can range from highly active to low physical exertion.

Pet care is always a part of my routine in my home. Bowl cleaning/water replacement, teeth brushing, potty breaks/litter scooping, fur brushing, exercise, mental stimulation and scheduled mealtimes are all a part of my day with my babies. I will do the same for your pet as well.
