Growing up, I've been helped raise various animals including cats, dogs, bunnies, and even baby squirrels; however dogs have always held a special place in my heart. I live in a studio apartment that I feel is too small to raise a dog of my own, and my pups - Sparky and Max - live a few hours away from me with my parents, leaving me without any animals to take care of on my own. I feel as though this would be a great way to get to take care of and play with pups, while also providing your animals with some extra attention and love when you can't be there with them! Here's a little info about my pups! Sparky is a 19 year old (i know, he's quite the old man) shih tzu poodle who we rescued when he was three! He's 80% blind and we think deaf now, but he still loves his cuddles and treats! My other pup is Max, a ten year old shih tzu we got as a puppy who is the gentlest boy I've ever met (unless he see's a big dog, because he seems to think he's large and gets very confused by anything bigger than him).
