My family has had a dog ever since I was born. I've grown up with an Irish Setter, Cocker Spaniel, and a Lab/Great Dane mix. My aunt also professionally trains her six (6!) Australian Shepherds for agility competitions, and I was exposed to this pack when I was very young. I obviously am not intimidated by large dogs or a large number of dogs, I'm just unable to walk them for long distances due to my clear lack of upper body strength. I'm able to administer oral medication and clean infected ears like a pro (thanks to my 11 year old cocker spaniel). I'm also a very fast learner when it comes to allergies and other types of medication as long as I am walked through the process beforehand!
