Hi! I’m Maddie :) I have been pet sitting for the past 19 years. While mainly working for myself, I do have experience working for a professional petsitting service during my time in college, at CU Boulder. I have worked in the veterinary field for 5 years as a veterinary assistant. I am very confident working with animals that have special needs, require medical assistance, or have a difficult temperament. I am available 24/7 for you and your pet. Maddie was AMAZING with our pup! She was able to sit him for a few hours while I had to work last minute. She was responsive, and sent a ton of adorable pictures and videos throughout the day. I own a home that is very pet friendly and would be willing to accommodate any housing needs. The dogs have a fenced in yard to play in and plenty of walking trails just beyond the yard gate.

Let me know if your pet has a special needs in regards to allergies, medications, health issues, injuries etc. or if they need help with eating, walking on a leash, learning commands, socialization etc.
A typical day
I am a big advocate for animals getting enough exercise and mental stimulation throughout the day. I do own my own dog who does very well with socializing with other dogs. I provide healthy treats, toys and dog puzzles. We go for 2 walks a day which allows for them to get plenty of smells in! Also, if your dog is a good fit we will even go rollerblading together! You can always request hikes, dog parks or other activities as well.

Availability
I do this full time so I will always be available for you and your pet. The only time I am not with the animals is when I am at the grocery store, the gym, or occasionally saying hi to a human friend ;)
