Pet care experience
I have been loving dogs for my entire life. I had a wonderfully wise, loving, and stubborn dog for seventeen years and have been and continue to be surrounded by my extended family's, neighbors', and friends' dogs. They have been as small as a Havanese mix and a Westie to as large as a Newfoundland, Labs, and Retrievers. In addition to my own dog and those of my family, I have experience caring for other dogs as well. I have dog sat in homes for multiple days at a time (walking, feeding, and playing) and taken dogs on walks for many days in a row while their owners have been busy. I have been exposed to various types of dog owners, those who require more or less rule-following from their dogs, and I emulate the practices of the owner when addressing their dogs. I love dogs and look forward to getting to know more of them!

Madison has walked and watched our two Boston Terrier puppies on several occasions and always does a great job! They are always excited to see her, and come back clean and happy. When we’ve dropped our dogs off at Madison’s house, it’s been clean and the dogs felt at home. Madison is a very responsible individual and genuinely loves dogs, there’s not a better person you could trust to take care of your dogs!

Madison is a wonderful caregiver and dog-owner. She is the most thoughtful, conscientious person I know, and I trust her completely. She is incredibly patient and would spoil your pet with attention. Madison has extensive experience with elder dogs as well - her own Westie was 18 and had significant mobility issues. As we were both terrier owners, I know Madison does well with dogs who are finicky, too, but coaxes them with loving patience!
