I have a fenced in yard with two huskies, a border collie, and a cat, although we go to the dog park or on walks daily to ensure they get enough exercise. My living arrangements have always taken my animals into consideration first to ensure they have the best possible life and never feel cramped.

It’s important to understand the dogs temperament, what they are or are not comfortable with. Some dogs love other animals and people while others prefer to fly solo. It’s vital to understand each animal is different in order to ensure they are comfortable, relaxed and most of all having fun at any given point. It’s also important to know/understand a dogs comfort in car rides and on leash.
A typical day
I love to take dogs to the dog park, and I’m a regular at Hefflinger! I can’t think of a better way to spend an afternoon than to watch them explore and play! I also enjoy taking them on walks on the trail near Flanagan Lake and always have treats to share :) For dogs with more energy, treasure hunts, hikes and car rides are always an option as well!

I have recently added Certified Dog Trainer to my resume! ☺️ I am a complete animal lover and have been taking care of dogs of all sizes and breeds as well as cats since I was a child. I also have experience with hermit crabs, Guinea Pigs, and fish. I grew up doing volunteer work at shelters and pet sitting regularly for neighbors and family as long as I can remember. I’m comfortable with grooming, bathing, walking, changing litter boxes, cleaning out aquariums/cages and more!

Maddison watched our dog and cat for the second time. Each time we were gone about 10 days and she was, again, amazing. We got daily updates with pictures, and I will ask her to watch our babies anytime we are leaving town. She also noticed my basil plant needed water and took care of it and made sure the house was in the same condition when she left as when she arrived. She is amazing!
Madison did an awesome job with our two dogs. They took to her immediately. One pup is very skittish and he quickly decided she was a friend. We will be booking her in the future.
Madison is beyond fantastic! Great communication; we had consistent updates and always felt confident Charlie was in great hands. Of course, Charlie loves her! Exercise and snuggles! What else could a vizsla ask for? Madison is also superb with all the responsibilities thrown her way. We can’t say enough glowing things!
