Pet care experience
I grew up around all sorts of farm animals, and dogs were always a huge part of the family. I understand dogs and their needs, and I understand that one of those main needs is love :) I take my dog out for runs daily, and keep them on a clean diet. Their health is a priority. I can distribute medicine orally and through injections. Have experience with pregnant dogs and cats, and have experience with animals with special needs. I have a soft spot for all animals, caring for them is something I enjoy very much.

I'm so glad we found Maddie! She was super flexible with arrangements, easygoing, and provided picture updates and took her on walks and to the park every day. My dog Lacey absolutely loved her. Can't wait to hire her again :)

I have a fully fenced back yard at home, my dog is out there as much as possible when the weather is good. My pets do not come with me to clients homes.

I have no breed preferences, all dogs are instantly loved in my eyes. I can handle a less trained, more difficult pet as well. The only trait I’d appreciate understanding from, is if the dog is very large and pulls very hard when on a leash. I have a spinal fusion I will be recovering from for the next 2 years, and cannot handle that kind of strength.
A typical day
I am very active, I take my dog on jogs and hikes at least 4-5 times a week. I think it is important to keep your dog entertained, healthy, and happy. Being around dogs my entire life, I know the endurance a dog has when it comes to activities.

I work during the work week, but my schedule is very flexible. I often come home during the day to take my dog out for a little walk.
