My family has owned dogs for over 50 years, I've grown up with four dogs in my lifetime and have loved and cared for all of them. When my first dog passed away from old age, I took up pet sitting so I could stay around dogs. Nothing in this world makes me happier than spending time and playing with dogs! I have experience dog sitting up to 3 medium dogs in their own home and caring for all their individual needs(vitamins, different foods, different levels of play) and making sure that they get all their necessary exercise and cuddle time.

Madilyn was great with my difficult, energetic 5 month old Chocolate Lab. Displayed a really good knowledge of dogs and was able to get him to sit with her in a calm manner. He’s usually pretty maniacal when asked to relax with humans! Gave me some good tips on managing him. Great sitter, will use again.

Tell me about any kinds of needs your dogs has and what kinds of games they like to play! If you have an especially needy dog I'll be there with them the entire time! If you have a little ball of energy I can spend lots of time out for walks and playing games! I'll need to know where cleaning supplies are in case of an accident and I'll need to know your rules and expectations for you dog, such as if they're allowed on the couch or how many treats they're allowed per day. It's also important to know what commands you use, such as "stay" vs "wait" or "come" vs "here".
A typical day
I love to do a range of activities, from cudding your little furbaby at home to jogging out in the park. I'll give mental exercise as well with games and puzzles. I've got the energy and stamina needed for long daily walks! I love to bike with dogs under 30lbs who can handle it, it's great for high energy dogs who need extra walk time!

I'm currently working part-time with flexible hours. When I dog sit in your home I will be with the dogs practically 24/7. If needed I can break my listed schedule in case of an emergency with you or your dogs.
