Hi! My name is Maddie, I am Cat and Dog First Aid Certified by American Red Cross. Based in Graduate Hospital, I am currently a graduate student at University of Pennsylvania. I am a lover of all pets, young, old, big and small. I've taken care of my own (Golden Retriever, Bichon, Westie) dogs and cats most of my life I am an experienced, flexible and reliable sitter and dog walker who you can trust to take the best care of your pet. I am the tried and true dog-sitter for friends and family for breeds from Pugs to Huskies. I truly love spending time with animals, and I make sure to give our furry friends lots of attention whether in a home or on a walk. I am available for both dog walking and drop in visits. I am very prompt when responding to inquiries so feel free to reach out with any questions!

Every pet is different and I would love to hear about your pet's personality! Does your dog have a preferred route when walking? Is your dog friendly with other dogs, cats, children etc? Does your pet have a preferred method of playing (fetch, toys etc.)? Does your animal have any special needs or requirements that I should know about?
A typical day
I am very adaptable to both high energy and calmer pets, and I make sure to play and give lots of attention to our furry friends. I love walking to nearby parks such as Rittenhouse, Schuylkill River Park and Wharton Square (with parent permission). If you are looking for someone to cater to your pets needs, who doesn't treat this as purely transactional service, give me a shout! Every day depends on the needs and likes of each individual animal.

Availability
I am currently a graduate student and part-time Registered Behavior Technician, leaving me with lots of open time during the week and weekend to spend with your pet. I have availability many mornings, afternoons and evenings(until about 8-8:30pm) throughout the week and am usually around during holiday weekends. I pride myself on being reliable, flexible, and easy to work with.
