Pet care experience
While I might be new to Rover, I am not new to animal care! My name is Madeline (but I go by Maddie) and I am currently living in Alaska. I grew up with dogs all my life and have taken care of a variety of ages and breeds as well as different medical conditions. I used to run with my dogs 3 miles every day so dog walking is something I am very good at and can cater that time to fit your dogs needs. It is my first winter in Alaska and the best way to brighten it up is to spend some time with your pets! I really love animals and would love to help you out and assist in taking care of yours!

Madeline is extremely trustworthy with dogs (and all pets)! She is always super accommodating and is comfortable around dogs, but more importantly they seem to be comfortable around her which is very important to me! My 2 dogs are of very different breed and size, and she had no problem caring for them both. Definitely would recommend!
Madeline has an affinity for dogs (honestly, all animals). She helped my wife and I when we needed a sitter for a last minute excursion. Genuinely great first experience having someone outside the family help with our pets.

I like being outside so if your pets can be in the cold or the snow we’ll spend some time outdoors. If your dog likes to run then we will be great friends! To let you know ahead of time, if you are looking for house sitting my husband and I usually will do house sitting together. If that is ok with you I will make sure you get a chance to meet both of us ahead of time.
