Pet care experience
I have done everything from take care of twelve puppies when my dog had puppies to walking four dogs at the same time! I love dogs, so nothing would make me happier than hanging out with your furry friends!! I have owned four dogs in my life and three cats and have been pet sitting for many years now. I am very fit and enjoy the outdoors so you can definitely expect you dog to come home fully exercised. I am very patient when it comes to teaching puppies and when it comes to taking care of older dogs. I have experience doing so and am comfortable administrating medicine if needed. I am very flexible so just let me know any special request when it comes to the needs of your pet!

Madaline was the perfect kind of support. Her communication was excellent both prior to the pet sit and during. She sent a lot of pictures. My dog has never been without us - especially for a week, when we returned it was very apparent that he had been very well taken care of. Our trip wasn’t for pleasure so having Madeline take such good care of Niko made a very stressful time for us a lot easier.
Not only did Madeline make sure to get to know us and our pups before our trip, she made sure we knew how loved they were the entire time we were gone. We got daily pictures and updates and when we returned home our dogs were content and happy. Not only did we come home to happy, tired dogs but our house looked exactly as it did when we left. I cannot recommend Madeline more highly. She was trustworthy, caring, and flexible when we had some last minute changes. We will be asking her to watch the dogs again! She’s absolutely wonderful.

If they are potty trained, do they need any medicine/special care, and are they friendly with other dogs/cats. I am still willing to watch them if they aren’t, it’s just helpful to know in advance!
A typical day
We will play fetch, frisbee, run, go to the beach, and hike! Pretty much anything to help them get all their pent up energy out! I usually bring my dogs to the dog park but would ask before bringing your dog since I know not everyone is comfortable bringing their dogs there.

Availability
I work part time and am a substitute teacher the rest of the week so I never really know my schedule that far in advance but I will always keep my calendar updated. If I have work on a day you need them watched I will make it my mission to still get your pet fed, lots of attention and exercised.
