I have owned dogs my whole life and have actively competed in breeding and showing my own Miniature Australian Shepherds for six years. I have owned a variety of dogs from mutts to Shitzus to Rottweilers and love them all! I was trained in dog handling and obedience from my mother who used to compete in AKC obedience trials with her Rottweiler. I worked at a small animal vet clinic for four years and have experience with a variety of dog breeds and personality types. Growing up I was the weird animal kid who studied dog breeds in my free time. I never grew out of this phase so I am well versed on different breed types and specific needs depending on the dog as an individual. Every day myself and my dog take a trip to the barn where my horse is kept to explore and play!
