Pet care experience
I learned at a young age that a house does not feel like a home without a dog in it. I was fortunate enough to be around a wide variety of shapes, sizes and personalities of furry friends and I loved them all. My first job was at a dog training facility which only strengthened my love for dogs. I enjoy training my own dogs and spending time with them. As a young trainer, my terrier mix and Belgian malinois teach me new lessons every day! They are both high energy/drive and have enabled me to grow and continue to learn about dogs’ needs. I know the importance of exercise and health for dogs and am excited for the opportunity to help others with this aspect of their dog's life!

Madeline was amazing. She was a great communicator and obviously loves dogs. She sent lots of pictures and updates without having to be asked. My dog did NOT want to leave when I picked her up. I will definitely ask her to dog sit again!

Our pet retriever, Jasper had a very good time staying with Madeline over three days. Madeline was very affectionate and took good care of Jasper. I require a meet up prior to any stay to ensure that your dog and I get along well. Also, all dogs must be up to date on all shots and flea and tick preventatives. I would like to know what activities your dog loves to do and what help him or her feel at home! I would like to know of any behavior difficulties your dog experiences (i.e. dog aggression, food aggression, anxiety and fear). Due to having multiple dogs in my home, I am unable to accept any dogs with dog aggression. I would like to know a phone number of an emergency contact for your dog if I am unable to reach you as well as your vet’s phone number. I truly want your dog to enjoy their time with me and ensure his or her safety!
A typical day
I am right down the street from a huge park with multiple walking trails! There is additionally a 12 acre exercise field on the same property as my home that I love to play fetch with my dogs in! I have a 1,000 square foot heated basement that is perfect for toy play sessions too. The property I live on allows for long walks and adventures!
