I do not have pets in my own home as I have cats that don’t get along well with others, but when staying in a clients home I make sure the pet is as comfortable as possible. Crate them if needed, otherwise I’m completely fine with them sleeping with me at night! I make sure all the basic needs are met such as always having fresh water, taking them out for the bathroom regularly, etc. Whatever care the owner says is needed I make sure to follow completely. It’s very important to me that the pet stays happy, healthy, and loved while the owner is away.
