Puppy Vacation Resort and Spa

Pet care experience

With two high energy dogs of my own, I understand how important routine attention and exercise can be. I am a stay at home wife and puppy mom. I work part time from home, and devote the rest of my time to the care of animals. I have experience in a large (100+) dog training facility where I volunteered and trained. I am comfortable with all dogs of all sizes and attitudes (even the aggressive ones). My husband and I do not have any kids. Our two pups love spending time with other dogs. Beau and Hank love to run and play but do very well in respecting the space of those who do not wish to play. Both of my pups are on monthly preventative tick, heart worm and flea medications. Hank is 10 months old, and Beau is a little over a year and a half. Our routine revolves around the needs of each dog. We wake up every morning and take everyone outside starting at 5am, and continue to do so ALL DAY every 2 hours until 10pm (even on holidays, there are no exceptions to this). Each time we go outside, I try to keep the pups out for 30min to an hour depending on the temperature. We have a pool at our house and a very large yard filled with toys for running and playing. If your dog(s) love(s) the water as much as mine do, they are more than welcome to swim! We also have a pool house for animals that like to be kenneled or bedded separately, in addition to a long dog run that is fenced separately from the fenced yard and pool. The dog run is a great space for dogs who don't get along well with others, or just prefer to be left alone. In our "puppy room", we have a wash station where we can bathe, trim nails and brush teeth upon request. We have tons of extra kennels, collars, leashes, harnesses, command leads, toys, dog bowls and much more! We do NOT let any dogs outside unsupervised EVER. We have a very clean house, no clutter or choking hazards. Our vet, who we adore, is in our neighborhood and available to us 24/7! We greatly look forward to meeting you! Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns!

We have absolutely loved having Maddie watch our boys when we are out of town. We know they are being well taken care of.

Maddie is absolutely wonderful!! She stayed in our home with our two boys while we were away and did a great job of caring for our pups and our house! She sent us photos or updates everyday and was a pleasure to work with. We have a mastiff and she is really great with the large breed! We would highly reccommend her to anyone looking for a sitter, especially to anyone with large breed or aggressive type dogs. Very trustworthy!

A typical day

We enjoy interacting with, and putting together fun activities for the dogs. We have a few parks near by with great paths for walking and huge fields for sprinting after toys. Here at the house, we love tossing floating toys into the pool, and turning on the sprinklers.
