Pet care experience
I have been around dogs since a very young age. I grew up with four dogs ranging from 15 to 100 pounds, and I love any and all dog breeds. In addition, I have house sat and provided dog care for various family members/friends for over 8 years (including: golden retrievers, brittany spaniels, beagles, pit bulls, golden doodles, french bull dogs, etc). I will take your dogs for walks or on a run, play with them, take them to the vet for check-ups, and even bathe them if need be! I've been dog sitting in the DC area for the last two years and love taking dogs for long walks on the mall. I would love to watch your dogs and spend time with them when you aren't able to!

Madeline was everything we could have asked for in a puppy sitter! She watched our 8 month old puppy for a weekend and despite it raining the whole time, she still made the most of it. We will definitely have her puppy sit again!
Madeline did a wonderful job with my dog Cleo and housesitting. Cleo loved her walks and snuggles, and Madeline shared great photos. I really appreciated how flexible Madeline was, including taking the time to come and meet Cleo before coming to stay. Will definitely be coming back to her when I leave town next!

I cannot have pets at my current apartment unfortunately, but I am happy to watch dogs at your residence or another as needed! Don't really have any requirements for what your home is like.

All I really need to know about dogs before sitting them is if they have any dietary needs, allergies, or diseases. I want to be able to provide them the best care possible!
A typical day
I frequently go for runs on various trails and am used to running with dogs if your dog needs a bit of exercise :) Otherwise am happy to take them to any dog park or other location you typically bring them to.

I can make any pet care schedule fit with my routine! I have the option to work from home at the moment and am able to leave for dog walks/care etc. Am also happy to work from your home to spend the whole day with your pet if needed!
