My name is Maddy! I am a patient and responsible caretaker. I love animals, and love to care for them. I have a lot of experience with both dog walking and house sitting. I also work at a busy dog daycare center during the week as a dog handler! (So currently I am only available for weekend walks/stays). I am confident that your dog will feel cared for and overall happy with me. Below I have listed more details on my experience, and my walk and stay services. I have experience with: -A variety of breeds, from small to giant (have walked Great Danes, Dobermans, pitties, Saint Bernese etc.) -Senior dogs who require around the clock medication and special care -Blind dogs (guiding and helping them out) -Deaf dogs (finding other ways to command) -Dogs that pull on walks (I have some tricks to control this) -Anxious dogs, dogs who prefer personal space INFO on stays and walks: STAYS -For weekend stays, I will be with your dog for most of / all of the time. -I am very careful with feeding/medication instructions, and will not feed your dog anything outside of their instructed diet. -I can give up to 3 long walks per day! (with unlimited # of bathroom breaks of course). -If you have pet fish, or plants, I am happy to care for them while I am there without added fees. -I send really great pictures! And updates to let you know how your dog is doing. -I’ll leave your home very clean for your arrival home 😌 I leave no trace, besides your dog's smize! *I’ve found meet and greets to be very helpful for getting acquainted! However if you do not have time for one or need to book me last minute, I am happy to make it work without one. Facetime meet and greets have been beneficial for clients in the past as well.* WALKS -I am highly responsible when handling keys/locking doors! -Keeping your dog on a close controlled leash -Staying aware of our surroundings (not on my phone) -Making sure your dog is not eating off the ground -Pacing your dog~ for senior dogs we can take it easy and enjoy the fresh air. If your dog likes a lot of activity, I am happy to tire them out. -I send cute action shots!! And a thorough rover card! I am always grateful for your trust!
