Pet care experience
I’ve lived on a farm my entire life, and I’m well trained in animal care for a variety of pets. I have plenty of experience with dogs and cats, but I’ve also raised birds, rodents, fish, reptiles, and livestock.

Madeline was amazing! She watched our 3yo frenchie for 2 weeks this summer while we traveled abroad. She gave awesome daily updates and I could tell she really cared about her overall health and safety during the summer heat. She followed all instructions and we greatly appreciated her!! Definitely recommend and hope to have her help in the future ☺️.
Maddie was very responsive asked great questions and created positive relationships with all of our animals quickly including our shy dog. She provided great communication while we were away including photos and what her and the animals were up to.

I prefer to sit pets in your home so they feel more comfortable and safe in your absence. I’m always happy to set up a meet and greet to ensure that the pet and I get along and to get a feel for their space and schedule!

Let me know if your pet has any special needs or communicates a little differently, especially for exotic pets. Anything from allergies to being reactive to certain stimuli is always beneficial for me to know about first. For extended pet and house sitting, let me know if you have any additional maintenance and I’m more than happy to accommodate! This includes things such as watering plants, shutting off lights, or engaging your security system.
A typical day
I love being active with pets and try to engage them in mental stimulation as well. My extensive history of animal training also means that I am more than happy to work on a regimen with them to achieve any goals you have!

I work 3 days per week in person, but I have plenty of weekend availability and can move my schedule around to accommodate extended pet sitting.
