Hi, I'm Madeline and I am a kennel technician and grooming assistant at a local vet clinic. I have 19 years of personal animal experience and a year and a half of professional experience in a clinic setting. I also worked in a natural and holistic pet food store for a year prior to the clinic. I am the furmama to a Doberman, 3 cats, a rat, and 2 hedgehogs. I have worked with birds, reptiles, fish, rodents, dogs (any size or age), cats, and more. I am also qualified to ensure the care of dogs with specialized diets, medications, disabilities, or seniors. My schedule consists of going to community college and working at the clinic. This leaves me pretty open and flexible while watching your animals. My mother also petsits and can be available for last minute stays, so it never hurts to ask, we may be able to work something out. -If house sitting, your pets will stay in the luxury of their own home while you are out of town, and I will stay with them! Time spent in the house in the evening, overnight and in the mornings can be guaranteed, but my afternoon schedule varies depending on the day of the week. My schedule for the time stayed in your house will be provided so you can feel comfortable knowing when I’ll be away. I can also provide daily care to any plants that are on the property. -Drop ins will consist of a 30-minute visit to your home to feed, provide any necessary medications, and of course give lots of love! -Walks will consist of a 30-minute walk in your local area. The flat rate for a walk is $20 for one dog, and $5 for any additional dogs. If they must be walked separately, each walk will be $20. -I can also offer dog transportation! If you are unavailable to get your animal to a grooming appointment, boarding stay, etc., I can pick them up from your home and take them to and from. This would be charged as a dog walk, along with a $10 transportation fee. I can offer nail trims and baths (prices vary depending on size and difficulty) so that when you return home, your fur babies will smell and look great! I have no size and breed preferences for house sits and drop ins, and the base rates will cover households with 1-3 animals. A $5 additional fee per animal will be added to the rate for 4+ pets in the household. *Please note that these are base rates, and special requests may require additional fees* *No stays will be booked without a meet and greet* *The estimate totaled by Rover is not always accurate, and I can change it accordingly on my end* My care and compassion for animals reaches beyond just my own fur babies, and I will treat each and every one with just as much care and respect.
