To be honest, I would not use Maddie again to mind my dog. Frank marked his territory when he arrived at Meddie’s house probably because he smelled her dog’s scent. Maddie suggested that this was completely unacceptable and that she would have to cancel the stay and return the dog to us if it happened again. This was very stressful as we had already left for the airport. Things settled down and Frank seemed to get on well with Maddie’s dog but the initial over reaction led me to believe that Maddie has not had many other dogs at her apartment and does not react well to doggie accidents. Other than this she was great to deal with, pleasant and responsive but I just don’t feel we are a good fit for each other in the future. Thanks very much for minding Frank none the less.

Madelene was so great with Milo even on such a short notice during the holidays. She was communicative and caring during Milo's stay. I was a bit worried since he was still a puppy and has not met with other dogs before (she has a cute pomsky!), but I was instantly reassured after she sent me pictures and a video. Thanks so much!
