Pet care experience
Hello! I was an active rover sitter for years but took a break while finishing graduate school. I finished my masters in speech pathology in May 2021 and now work as an SLP in Redding! I have always loved dogs and have found great joy in caring for other people’s animals while they are away or need to be walked. This is something I’ve been doing for nearly 10 years and have been eager to get back into it! I have 2 dogs of my own that I enjoy taking on walks, enjoying movie nights with, and the occasional hike. I have a huge gravel backyard that is completely fenced; my dogs love running around back there! I also live on a cul-de-sac, which is ideal as a non busy road area. My roommate is also a huge animal lover and so is her 2 year old son. We prefer to board dogs who are good with kids! This is not something I do for the income, this is something I do purely because I love animals! I can’t wait to meet you’re fur babies!

Madeleine was wonderful! She provided two drop in visits a day for my pug & boxer while we were away on vacation for 5 days & event took our trash cans to the curb for trash pickup. I definitely recommend her service!
Madeleine was awesome! Sent me pics regularly of my pup and made him feel at home!!

A typical day
I usually go to nearby parks or walk around the neighborhood. Sometimes for more active dogs I will take them on short hikes with plenty of water of course!

Availability
I work roughly 25-30 hours a week, various hours in the day but am always home by 4:30 and don’t leave my house until 9am. I always come home on my lunches from 12-1:30 to let my own dogs out for a walk.
