Pet care experience
From Bunnies, guinea pigs, ferrets and birds to Cats, dogs, raccoons, skunks, chipmunks and fish. I have been caring for pets and wildlife my entire life. My experience ranges from newborns to the elderly. Medicating or formula feedings are not a problem. I am now off of maternity leave so I am no longer able to be home at all times. I now work from 6 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. I am still accepting weekend bookings :) I have a fenced in yard with additional fenced area for potty. Dogs are welcome into the home. Preference from each individual client is taken into account. Dogs are allowed the comfort of sharing a bed with myself or having their own bed/crate. We go on one to two walks daily in the area and feedings are to the dogs preference/schedule.

The meet and greet was perfect as our dog has never been anywhere. When we came back for the overnight we knew she was comfortable. We appreciated the pictures that Madeleine sent. All went well and we will definitely have our dog stay with Madeleine again when needed. Nice family home and location.
I was very protective over Bear and rarely let anyone doggo sit. Maddy was one of the people I trusted to care for Bear on those rare times. She gave me updates along the way and Bear was always excited to see her. Although my Bear has since passed I would highly recommend Maddy as a dog sitter.

We have a good sized fenced in yard and gates that lock to avoid any escape. They have a separate potty area so there is no mess to play in. If we are away do run short errands we are happy to crate the dogs or if preferred, we have baby gates up to keep them safe while still being able to experience freedom.

A typical day
We go on walks and go to play dates with relatives who have large back yards and other doggos. Dogs can play in our yard together where we also play fetch and brush the dogs.

Availability
My weekends are reserved for your fur babies! As I now am back at work from Monday to Friday 6 am to 4:30 pm. Unless your pup or cat can be left alone with another dog for a longer period of time I recommend finding someone available for longer for weekdays.
