Hi, I'm Maddy! Why choose me? Our family has always had dogs. Every night, even in the Michigan winter, we bundled up to walk our dog, Goose, for miles. This time spent with Goose taught me the importance of keeping dogs active and happy, engaging not just their bodies but their curious minds. It was during these walks that I developed a love for animals and a passion for spending time in nature. I'm an experienced and reliable dog walker, ready to explore and move with your pet to ensure their well-being. Whether it's a stroll around the block or an adventure on the trails, I'm up for it!

Maddy was a great with Dougie-- arrived on time, was clear and quick in communication, and most importantly Dougie had such fun on his walk with her! High recommend to anyone looking for a walker and/or sitter.
Maddy was a lifesaver! We booked very last minute and she was able to take our dog out in Philly when we were there for a wedding and realized we had a longer day than we had planned. She was super communicative - even texting updates and pics to my partner when I told her I may not have my phone available. She took Huck on a nice walk, even longer than the required 30 min and fed him dinner. Wish I lived in Philly so I could work with Maddy again!

Environment: As a dog walker, I primarily offer services in my client's home and in the many parks nearby my home. However, I also have an apartment with a large covered deck, which is a comfortable and safe space for dogs to relax in, and close proximity to parks and quiet streets.

A typical day: When watching dogs, I love to engage them psychologically by giving them the opportunity to learn, play, and explore. I enjoy taking them to dog parks for socialization, going on smell walks, playing find-the-treat, and endless fetch.

When am I available? I work full-time (hybrid), so I am available for weekend, evening, and lunch walks, visits, and playdates. Also available for housesitting on weekends and my "remote work" days (Wednesdays and Friday)
