I currently have 42 dogs under my care between Rover and my own pet care business “Maddy’s Woof Pack” and my pack is still growing! I decided to take on my love for caring for dogs full time a little over a year ago and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My fur babies are my WORLD 🌎 “Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened” That quote is so spot on for me. I never had “indoor pets” growing up so I never developed an attachment to one. Just an outdoor dog here and there, maybe an occasional hermit crab from the beach 😂 It wasn’t until I was 24 when I decided to get a puppy for my 5 year old son and I formed this intense attachment and love for my sweet baby KJ. I genuinely don’t know how I went so long without having this kind of connection in my life. Now, every time I meet a dog (or animal for that matter) I’m able to see them thru a different perspective. The kind of perspective I always use to wonder about when I’d come across some “crazy cat lady”. It’s a truly special bond and I feel each and every pet deserves a loving home where they are truly cared for and made a priority. That being said, I never meet an animal I don’t immediately fall in love with. I love getting to know their personalities and playing with them. I have 2 dogs of my own and we love making new friends! Im very good with high energy animals. love going to the park and playing outside in the yard with different toys. I’m very active and athletic but also very comforting and affectionate. I will treat your pets how I want mine to be treated. They will be shown plenty of attention and they will always feel comfortable and safe. I am very patient and attentive. I will take them out for potty breaks constantly and I will send pics/ check in as often as you would like. Any animal in my care will be in great hands!
