Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Maddie and I am an Arlington resident and Nurse Practitioner. I have been taking care of dogs and cats since I can remember. I love dogs! Through the course of my life my family has had over 12 dogs (my parents currently have three). I would love to have one of my own, but unfortunately with roommates that becomes a little bit more difficult! I will take the best care of your dog! I will walk or run with them, depending on their activity needs. If you are working on different training strategies, I am happy to keep them up while you are away. I will treat you pup like it is my own! I am excited to meet you and your dog!

Maddie did an excellent job with our cat over a holiday weekend on short notice. She clearly was great with animals and was easy to reach, prompt in responding to us and gave us updates from each visit. We will definitely use her again for future cat sitting!
A really good sitter. I have had multiple experiences with her, and she pretty much is the best dog sitter I have had. She is super easy to communicate with and was flexible when my needs for drop off/pick up changed. She handled my lab mix and my american bull dog well. Would definitely book again.
Maddie is awesome. Takes great care of my dogs, is super responsive, and sends lots of updates. I have 2 dogs, both older, and she does great with them. She is super friendly and helpful. My house was in great shape after she stayed. I would highly recommend her.
Maddie is an outstanding dog watcher. If I could have her take care of my dog every time, I would. She is so attentive and so communicative. She really pays attention to details as well. I have a 10 year old retriever mix who has multiple health problems, and Maddie really makes me feel like she has things handled (pills, injections, etc). I think that Maddie sometimes takes better care of my dogs than I do when I am home! I also have a 1 year old yorkie puppy who Maddie has watched with my other dog. She handles two dogs very well, and is used to taking care of multiple dogs. She sends pictures and text updates whenever she walks or takes care of my dogs. She is definitely my top choice when it comes to pet care.

If your dog has any history of aggression towards humans I unfortunately will not be able to take care of your dog. If your dog is large and relatively untrained, I would like to meet with you and your dog prior to sitting them.
A typical day
I am happy to bring your dog to the Custis Trail, the many dog parks in the area, the WO&D trail, or local parks. If you have favorite parks/trails, I am will absolutely take your suggestion. I love playing with dogs, and will throw a ball, frisbee, etc.
