Pet care experience
I am a 3rd year veterinary student at Colorado State University. I have wanted to be a vet since I was in 1st grade because of my love for animals. I provided my Rover services during my undergrad and made many great relationships with clients and their pets. I am looking forward to starting that again in Fort Collins! I have lots of different animal experience. I have volunteered to walk dogs at shelters and my neighbors & friends have always asked me to walk or house-sit their pets. I have worked at an emergency veterinary hospital for many years so I can administer medications if needed and also know a lot about dog behavior. I take pride in providing care that allows your pet to feel comfortable and loved. I have halter trained and walked cows and calves, so I am up to any challenge!

All I can say is wow! From the moment we met Maddie we knew she was a kind, thoughtful and caring person that would take great care of our pet. She sent regular updates and genuinely wants to do a good job taking care of your fur baby! Not to mention a vet student (perfect job for you by the way Maddie) and so leaving pets with ailments/medical problems was not an issue. Will definitely be using Maddie in the future 100%.
Maddie stayed at our house with our dogs and cat for the holiday weekend and she did such an amazing job! We fully trust her and had such peace of mind that our pets were cozy, comfortable, and well taken care of. She sends adorable picture updates and touched base often. We highly recommend Maddie!!
Maddie is so great with our dogs! She is dependable, kind, knowledgeable, and has great communication. We loved the updates and pictures, and we knew the pups were in great hands. I would like to know if your dog has any special needs or instructions, such as medications that would need to be given or things to avoid. I’d like to know about anything that upsets your dog, like other dogs, loud noises, etc. I will be accommodating to all instructions.
A typical day
I’d love to take your doggo on fun walks at local trails or safely in your neighborhood. We could have a blast playing at dog parks or in the yard. I am very open to exploring options that would make your dog the happiest! Of course lots of belly rubs and scratches will be given.

I work part-time at the CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital and have a lot of availability in my schedule. I can be flexible with my schedule and I would be flexible with your needs as well.
