Please be mindful of our business hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible: Monday - Friday: 8 am - 9 pm Saturday: 9 am - 8 pm Sunday: 10 am - 6 pm We’ve been taking care of all sorts of animals for as long as I can remember and have always enjoyed doing so! Family, neighbors, co-workers, and friends have relied on us to care for their beloved fur babies. We enjoy being outdoors and getting in some exercise so we're able to meet the needs of your pets. Just let us know what needs to be done and we can assure you it will be done to the best of our ability. We have volunteered at the local Animal Shelter and grew up tending to all kinds of animals including lizards, snakes, and birds in addition to your typical pets such as dogs and cats. We currently have 4 cats and a dog of our own so we have a lot of experience in every aspect of taking care of your family’s pets just like we care for our own! We’ve met some wonderful pets and their families through Rover who have trusted us to come in and take care of their homes while they’re away. We really enjoy getting to create relationships with our repeat pets and clients, it's the best part of the job! General Information - ⤷ You will meet Sam and Maddie at the initial meet and greet to get to know us both before confirming a booking ⤷ Meet and Greets are absolutely mandatory for dogs. Please disclose any and all anxious and/or aggressive tendencies beforehand ⤷ We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if we do not feel like we are the right fit for your family ⤷ Visits will be completed either by one or both of us, depending on our schedules ⤷ Anywhere outside of the 15-mile service radius, there is a $1.00/mile fee to be reflected in the cost before booking ⤷ We are slightly flexible on the cost of visits. As college students ourselves, we understand that pet care can be expensive. We can try to accommodate your budget based on how much care your pet requires and your location ⤷ The initial meet and greet is typically 30 minutes long and is free of charge. If another meeting is needed, it will be charged as a drop-in ⤷ Any and all cameras need to be disclosed before our services start, either during the meet and greet or in a text message. If undisclosed cameras are found during the time of services, it will result in a cancellation of the remaining service days and no refund. During house stays, indoor cameras will be unplugged while we are in the home and plugged back in when we are away ⤷ Please make sure your profile information is up to date and that each pet that needs care has its own profile listed on your account ⤷ Times on our schedule are approximate and visits scheduled will be completed within 2 hours of the scheduled time (except for emergencies) ⤷ House-sits will be completed by either Sam or Maddie and will consist of an overnight stay and a midday drop-in. Any free time we have will also be spent in your home with your pets ⤷ Cancellation policy - Drop-ins and House-sits need to be canceled AT LEAST 24 hours prior for a full refund
