Hello! My name is Maddie. I am currently a student at USD and am studying Biology with a speciality in conservation and biodiversity and a minor in sustainability. I have been an animal lover since I was little. I have had years of experience with animals, I grew up with dogs and I currently have two birds! Along with growing up with animals, I worked at a dog boarding center where I would take dogs for walks, feed them, clean up after them, and play with them. I also volunteered for the Heartland Humane Society in Yankton, SD for a year where I would take care of the dogs and socialize them. I have experience going to peoples’ homes and taking care of their animals while they are away. I also am okay with traveling short distances and my hours are very flexible around my class schedule. Not only do I want to take care of dogs and cats, I am also open to taking care of any other animal! Just ask! I am excited to get to know you and most importantly care for your beloved furry friends!
