Pet care experience
Each pup is unique, and I look forward to getting to know yours! I grew up with dogs and now have one of my own. His name is Hank and he's a 12-lb Shorkie who loves other dogs. We are so excited to give your dog the attention, love and fun that he/she deserves. I'm a PhD student at OU with a flexible class/work schedule -- all my obligations are within five minutes of my home. I also love to be active or just chill out on the couch. I live in a large apartment with plenty of room to play or just lounge. Hank and I are excited to become pals with your furry family member and to explore all the awesomeness Athens has to offer!

Maddie was great. She was very flexible on working with me on the hours to watch my dog so we could go to a tailgate and OU football game. She even took my dog along with her own (Hank) to the dog park to play. I’m so thankful I found such a wonderful and caring sitter.

My dog has a bit of separation anxiety, and does not like to eat or do much after first being dropped off to be doggysat. Maddie hand fed him and gave him all the attention and love to bring him back to his happy, spunky self! When I came back from my vacation it was almost like I hadn’t left at all with how happy and normal his behavior was. 10/10 would recommend Maddie for any dog!
Maddie housesat/dogsat for me several times. In fact, she inspired me to walk both my dogs at once, which I'd previously thought wasn't possible. But she'd done it successfully with both of mine and her own dog at once. Both my dogs were 60-70 pounds and one was geriatric and she took great care of them.

A typical day
The bike path, Court Street, Stimson Ave, and every other nook and cranny of Athens will be where we explore on our walks. I believe that walks are the perfect opportunity to spend time with pups as well as to explore the city! I also love bringing my pup with me to restaurants, coffee shops and stores that allow dogs, so your pup will get to join me whenever he/she is able.
