We thought things were going well but learned otherwise. We paid for house sitting, pet sitting and walking for three days/nights. We discovered that this sitter only stayed one night in the home, and never did walk our dog. Also we found a large mess in the home upom return. We also found that the sitter left the home around 10 pm on the last evening and did not return to let him out until after 10 am the following day, leaving our large dog inside the home for over 12 hours alone. Very disappointed with this sitter and her lack of care for our senior dog, and the lack of honesty about how she was caring for our pet. I will add that Rover refunded about $75.00 of the total fee after we provided information and logs on her activity from our security system and camera. We did appreciate the immediate response to our complaint to Rover and are satisfied they take thisnsoet of thing very seriously. Most importantly, we hope the youn lady will get her act together and correct her behavior so that unsuspecting folks who want excellent service and care for their pets will not suffer the same problems we experienced.

Maddie is very sweet and loves dogs. She took care of our 3 labs while we were on vacation. We felt very comfortable leaving them with her. I would highly recommend her.
