Hi! I'm Maddie and I am a graduate student studying physical therapy at High Point University but living full time in Charlotte for clinical rotations. I am a huuuuuge dog lover and grew up training two dogs. I recently helped train my sister's puppy and pet sitted him for about a year. I also adore cats and would love to help with yours as well! I have worked for Rover for a couple of years and have loved every part of it. Pets give me the greatest joy and I would love to play a part with yours too!! Maddie was wonderful with my 3 cats! They absolutely loved her and she did a great job with them while I was away. I really appreciated the updates and pictures I received and the overall thoroughness in care that my babies received! I would 10/10 recommend Maddie for any pet sitting needs and will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!!

I have a decent sized fenced in yard and my neighborhood is super dog friendly and walkable. I am friends with some neighbors that have dogs as well and can arrange for play dates if that is of interest to you!

I love all breeds! Dogs make me super happy and I will never say no to helping watch your dog as long as it works with my schedule :)
A typical day
I am very much a morning person and open to any schedule! I can take your dogs on walks, to parks/ dog parks, or whatever you would like! My fiance is home all day to help as well. We live super close to Frazier park/ the Greenway and the Rail Trail.

Availability
I work ~8-5 every day, but my fiance is home all day working from home and can help out with letting out dogs/ giving meds/ etc during the day! We are both very active and love to go on as many walks as possible. Our neighborhood is very dog friendly and we have a decent sized fenced in backyard as well. We don't have any dogs yet (waiting until I graduate from PT school!), so your dog(s) will be the only one(s) here :)
