Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Maddi! I’m a musician (I play principal percussion in the Arkansas Symphony) and just recently moved to Kansas City, MO. I’ve had dogs and other animals in my life since I was a little girl. I dearly love dogs and cats and would be happy to assist you with your petsitting needs. Currently my family has a 14 year old Cockapoo named Max who has been part of our family for 12 years. He has brought so much joy and laughter into my life and I have learned a lot from taking care of him. Additionally I have dog fostering experience, most recently last year with a pitbull mix rescue dog named Opeth! I have lived with 2 roommates who had cats and provided care for them on numerous occasions. I understand the challenges of taking care of any animal in an apartment and house setting, and what cats and (especially) dogs need to be healthy and HAPPY!

Maddi was soo great with our dogs! We have a high maintenance geriatric dog and a spastic pediatric dog and she was so good with both of them! She sent pictures and updates and left the house just as we left it. I will DEFINITELY use her again!
Maddi is my roommate, and she takes care of my cat Reno when I travel. She's super responsible and on top of it, in addition to just being an incredibly sweet person. My cat loves her, and they get along fabulously. I trust her immensely when it comes to my fur baby, and I know she would give plenty of care, love, and attention to any pet that comes her way.
Maddi is wonderful with pets and loves animals. She loves fostering dogs in her spare time and will care for your animal like she did for my dog!

Information Maddi S. would like to know about your pet
I would love to know about how big your dog is, and how they behave on a leash. Age and general energy levels would be appreciated as well. It would also be nice to know if they have a favorite toy or game!
A typical day
On walks we will explore the neighborhood and sniff everything! Indoors or in a backyard setting we will play the dog’s favorite games, relax, and play some more! We can also exercise tricks and commands that the dog may be learning.

Availability
My schedule is pretty flexible except when I have rehearsals and concerts, for which I’ll be out of town anyway so wouldn’t be accepting any sitting jobs. If I’m scheduled to watch your pet I will have plenty of time to do so!
