Help me pay my way to becoming a trainer of service dogs for the disabled! The partnership between dogs and people is my passion. I have cared for and trained dogs and horses my whole life, and two years ago started my own dog training and sitting business. My thorough understanding of dog psychology and body language means your dogs will be treated humanely, with lots of love, and with effective corrections (for those with behavior issues). I have experience with many breeds, from miniature dachshunds to pit bulls and great danes. After only a few months working for a leash-free, cage-free doggie daycare, I was named "The Dog Whisperer," "Gate Keeper," and "The Handler" for calmly controlling the energy and holding the respect of 20+ unleashed dogs.

Madalena is an excellent sitter; we HIGHLY recommend her if you are in need. I have never met anyone so experienced with dogs (especially if they need special attention). We have a very anxious, protective Chinese shar-pei and we have never felt comfortable leaving him with anyone but my fiancée's parents before we met Madalena. We met Madalena the weekend prior to us leaving so that they could be introduced and he would feel comfortable with her entering the house while we were away. The following weekend, she stayed overnight at our house with our dog, Oliver, and took him on daily walks, played with him, and made him feel comfortable. She also sent us updates and photos without us having to ask which was much appreciated. We will DEFINITELY be using Madalena whenever we need a sitter!
Madalena was excellent with our anxious and reactive German Sheppard and we even had her do some training with our dog while we were gone. Madalena was very considerate of our house and left it in very clean very clean state, she even washed the sheets for us! We will defi use Madalena going forward!
My puppies were well taken care of and happy when we got home! Wonderful, dependable and very capable sitter!!!
Our boys love her!! She is awesome with them!!
