Hello! I am currently taking on new clients! About me: I am a reliable and trustworthy professional who would love to take care of your pets while your away! I will make sure your Dog(s) or Cat(s) get plenty of attention, and play time. I was born and raised in Montana on a farm and have cared for pets my entire life. I have also worked at vet clinics and animal shelters. I understand everyone cares for their pets differently and I’ll make sure I suit you and your animals’ pet sitting needs. I am willing to take dogs on walks, hikes, or runs! I keep dogs leashed at all times when walking (unless requested otherwise). I work full time in Kalispell, so house sitting fits my schedule best with pets who are accustomed to being left alone during normal work hours, but my work schedul can be flexible, so please feel free to contact me to discuss scheduling needs. ** I am willing to travel up to 45miles away from Kalispell, however anything over 15 miles I will have to charge a bit more to help cover fuel.

Thank you Macy D for doing a wonderful job looking after Buddy for us while we did the all-day Red Bus tour of Glacier National Park! Our Aussie had fun going on walks with you and playing his favorite game, fetch the ball. We really appreciate that you came so early so we could get to the meeting place in plenty of time. We adopted Buddy about 6 months ago and have never left him for very long because of the separation anxiety, but this worked out so well for all of us! I would definitely recommend Macy D.

I always ask my cleints what are thier rules for their pets in their home, and I will follow those rules as well. For example one client may let their animals on furniture while another one does not. I will follow suite with those expectations.

A typical day
Depending on the dog, I can do light leisurely walks, trail hikes, and even some biking. I have a coonhound, so I'm used to hyper dogs that can go go go! Or we can play fetch in a back yard, or park. For cats, I will spend some time playing with them with their toys. Usually in the form of a laser pointer or string.

Availability
I work for the State of Montana. My typical work schedule is from 8AM to 4PM Monday-Friday, and I'm usually free on the weekends. I have some flexibility in that schedule and I get a few breaks during the day. I am an early riser and will make sure I get your pets squared away in the morning, I can check on them in the middle of the day if needed, and I will spend the evening with them, where they will get walks and plenty of play time! I will send pictures and updates daily.
