Hi fellow animal lovers! About me: I am a postdoctoral fellow (Ph.D., molecular medicine) here at the University of Iowa. I LOVE animals, and am lovingly known as a "zookeeper" to many of my family, friends, and clients. I am a fur momma to 2 dogs and 2 cats. I love taking my 2 doggie girls for long walks, trips to the dog park, on runs, and for swims (we LOVE swimming!). I even have a FitBark for each of my girls to track their activity to make sure they’re getting the exercise they need (and deserve!). I'm an organized, punctual, reliable, hard-working, and caring person. I'm very flexible and willing to work with whatever needs you and your pet(s) have! Please feel free to contact me if you need any of my services, and I'm more than happy to meet in person so you can assess me before committing to scheduling my services. My experience: I have experience training my own puppies as well as having friends hire me to train theirs. I’ve been hired for years to visit and walk dogs during families’ vacations and am willing to accommodate both you and your pet’s needs! Personally, I've always preferred to have someone come look after my "zoo" when I'm away, rather than board them, and even then I've always been stressed about leaving my furry family! I understand how difficult it can be to have to hire someone to take care of your loved one(s), and I can promise to you that your pet(s) will be well cared for when you're not able to be with them! Whether you hire me for a walk, a few day visits, or for multiple days, I will send you daily updates along with pics of your furry little loved one(s)!
