Hi! My name is Mackenzie and I've been obsessed with animals since I was a kid. I started out watching my Chocolate Labs for my family and started watching neighborhood pets when I was in middle school. When I'm not walking and watching my dogs Maverick, Goose, and Fudge, I'm playing with my cat Ori and working on my animation portfolio. I'm currently working part-time as a barista while I prepare to start school in the coming fall. I work about 20-30 hours a week at this time, while also doing remote work on the side. Pet sitting can work well with my schedule, as I work in the heart of Melbourne, with easy access to the beach and the surrounding areas. I have worked with many types of dogs, from small cats and puppies to large and extra large dogs. I try to create trust with dogs and cats when I care for them. I'm always happy to meet and get to know your pets before sitting them. In addition, I am also experienced with rodents and other small pets, so I can always help take care of your other animals too. As a Lab owner, I have experience with walking big dogs (and picking up after them!). My big dog (Fudge) is a 16+ year old senior, so I'm very familiar with frequent potty breaks and senior care (including giving dogs and cats medication at a specific time of day).
