Pet care experience
I’ve been watching dogs & cats since I remember! I finally got a dog of my own and am always looking for a play partner for her. We’re a very active household and love to go on walks around the Scioto Mile. When we’re not outside, I love a good game of fetch/tug or “find it” (trust me, your dog will love the hunt and it’s a fantastic way to burn energy!) I have experience caring for dogs who need oral medication or shots, as well as senior animals! Our apartment is puppy proof, but I require all animals to be potty trained.

Mackenzie provided amazing care for my cat and boarded him for over a week in her apartment. She was flexible with scheduling, gave me updates every day, and took great care of him. He was so happy that he was giving her cuddles only two days in, which is very impressive for a cat in a new environment!

A typical day
I love to spend time at the Audubon dog park to make lots of new doggie friends. If your dog doesn’t get along well with others, that’s no problem — we’ll fly solo and take a walk along the water or find an enclosed court to play fetch in.

Availability
I work from home so will be able to spend lots of quality time with your pet(s) and can take bathroom breaks whenever needed. Sadie is great at mirroring other dogs - if you have a high energy dog, she’ll run circles around them! If your dog would rather lounge in the sun, she’ll be right alongside them
