I LOVE ANIMALS!! I have been around dogs for my whole life; a variety of breeds large, medium and small. My dog Cherie (Akita/Lab) recently passed away, so I have decided to enjoy the dogs of others at this time! I have two cats (Figgy & Toby) and a turtle (Stanley). My animals are my children and I always put their needs before mine. I am a recent graduate of a Paralegal Diploma program (Honours) but am seeking to continue my education in law. I am currently working from home and studying for the Paralegal Licensing Exam. I love the freedom of this app as it allows me to bring my studies to wherever I am needed to stay and I can be with the dogs/cats for long periods of time. I am knowledgeable about the Dog Owner’s Liability Act and would take extra care and precaution to ensure the safety of your pooch! You would not have to worry about anything; your fur babies will be spoiled rotten!! I live 2 mins from Kew beach and so walks on the boardwalk, dog park, trails and the Glen Stewart ravine would be possible! Treats, snuggles, water, toys and lots of love will be provided!! All dogs/cats are different and have specific needs and I take that into consideration to guarantee they are comfortable and having fun! I can send daily updates if needed along with pictures and videos of our “pawsitively” awesome time together! I also am an experienced cat sitter, and will happily accept other pets besides dogs and cats!

I am so happy that we chose Mackenzie and we are thrilled with how well she treated our boy. I was very apprehensive since we have never left Ollie with anyone but our families before but Mackenzie took all my worries away. We had a very successful meet and greet before we confirmed our booking and then she went above and beyond when the time came to drop in on him. She was so patient and kind to him and provided us with lots of photo and video updates. She really took the time to let Ollie get comfortable with her and found the way to his heart via his stomach lol I would highly recommend Mackenzie and look forward to booking with her again in the near future.
Mackenzie took excellent care of our aging kitty. She did a great job of administering medication and treats. Our smoke detector started beeping the night we were away and Mackenzie replaced the battery so it wouldn't bother our furry family member. She went above and beyond!
This is the second Christmas that Mackenzie has looked after our cats Jo and Lily. We can not recommend her enough as a pet sitter. She really gets to know your pets personalities and caters her visits based on their needs. She also send lots of great updates during her visits, which helps to greatly reduce pet parent guilt. Thank you Mackenzie!
