Pet care experience
I have had personal experience with many pets, including a varying size of dogs from Chihuahuas to Great Danes, as well as varying hair coats from short-haired Doberman to a rough-coated Collie. I have worked with dog-groomers previously as well as in dog kennels. I grew up in the pocket of veterinarians and am currently a zookeeper; this means I have great animal skills, am motivated, and not afraid of any messes. I have recently moved back to the Brookings area and am available at any time! I love all animals, and it shows in how I care for them. I would love to meet your pets and make more animal friends. Pets are family, and I will treat your family just as my own.

Mackenzie grew up with dogs, has been raised with them since birth. While growing up she also helped with fostering for humane societies and rescues as well as doing training and temperament testing for local organizations. Mackenzie competed in 4H at a high level in the dog project and did all of the care, grooming and training with her personal dog as well as working with family dogs. Mackenzie has a way with all kinds of animals, has always been around animals and is well versed in caring for critters of all shapes and sizes. She is patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very experienced.
