I have been house sitting for several years now, mostly for friends, neighbors, and family. Some have pets and others don’t but I’m very well practiced with dogs and cats as I always had 1-2 dogs and/or cats in my household while growing up. Recently someone asked me what I would do for work if my dream of working in the medical field didn’t pan out, and jokingly I told them I would follow my second most favorite dream job of being a dog walker. With Rover I actually have the opportunity to do both! I think it’s important that dogs, especially, get exercise daily and that’s why my own dogs get a walk every afternoon. I’ve even had neighbors commend me on the my reliability of my walks. Speaking of walking, I tend to have a decent pace so I can guarantee your pups will get the most mileage for your time. I’m also a runner so if you have a more energetic pup I would be happy to arrange a run vs walk. To put the cherry on top, there’s never been a 4 legged animal I didn’t like so already know I’ll love your pet/s!
