We traveled overseas for 2 weeks with limited to no communication access. We had met with Mackenzie twice prior to our vacation and felt very comfortable leaving our 2 dogs and 4 cats in her care. She also stayed at our house to provide care for our animals. Her communication was excellent, and we arrived home to 6 healthy and well cared for animals. She took the extra step of replacing some of our household products so that we would have them when we returned. She also replaced our bedding prior to our arrival home. I am sure that if we had asked her to communicate with us during our vacation about our pets she would have been happy to do so, but that was not possible as we had limited access. We would have no reservations about hiring her again in plan to do so during future travels. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Canton/Akron area who needs house sitting care for their pets.
