Pet care experience
I have spent my life surrounded by animals and find myself in a position to care for more. I have three very friendly dogs, a 9-year old English Shepherd named Rosie, a 6-year old English Shepherd named Janey, and a 1.5 year old English Shepherd named Bob. If your pet is “dog-friendly” then I will provide a warm home, plenty of exercise, and all the creature comforts your dog wants. Throughout your dog’s stay he/she will have plenty of socialization, walks/runs, and needed extra TLC - their normal routine plus a little extra. I have a big house set back from the road with four acres of woods for at home dog adventures. If your dog is trail friendly once a day we will go on an adventure to the local park (behind my house with miles of hiking trails) or the beach depending on weather and time of year.

MacKenzie was so welcoming to our pup into her home. Updated frequently and she was super flexible with drop offs and pick ups! Will be looking forward to our next stay!!
Ellie had a great time at Mackenzie’s! She came home happy and tired. I loved the pictures and updates on how she was doing. I was able to enjoy my trip knowing Ellie was in good hands. :)
This was Rosie's second time staying with Mackenzie. She was so happy to see them when I dropped her off, which was reassuring! Mackenzie sent pictures and kept us up to date on how everything was going. It was nice to feel so comfortable with her care.

I'm currently working from home which allows me to consistently let dogs out for potty breaks, give treats throughout the day, and attend to any special needs your pet might have.
