We made an appointment several weeks in advance. I reached out to reconfirm two days before our trip. On the morning of our trip, we went to the address I had, but were unable to find her. I tried calling, but the phone was shut off. A man answered at the door, upset I had woken him, and said he did not know the sitter. I logged into Rover and noted a new address listed. We attempted to locate this second address and could not find it. We left for our trip with our dog with us, and several hours pater the sitter texted me apologizing stating she had forgotten to turn her alarm on. This was a major inconvenience and could have ruined our trip plans. This was my first experience with Rover, and I probably would not use it again.

Mackenzie was wonderful! She was able to watch our mini Aussie an extra few days due to an itinerary change. So happy we chose her to take care of Tommy while we were gone.
