My cat is diabetic and needs insulin shots 2x per day. Mackenzie was told this; this was the reason we needed a cat sitter. She texted me twice during the scheduled time, saying she couldn’t make the visit. I had to scramble and call someone else to fill in. This was totally unacceptable. When I explained to her how vital it was that my cat get her shot, she responded that she knew how I felt, that the cat was like my child. No, my cat could become very sick or even die without her scheduled shot! I would never use Mackenzie again- she is unreliable.

Mackenzie has taken care of pets her whole life, from dogs and cats to rodents and reptiles...Horses and pigs too! She is very responsible, attentive, and loves animals. I highly recommend her pet sitting services to anyone who wants their pets to be treated like her own.
